- Presence - a strong creative voice. When this person speaks people listen. It doesn’t have to be loud, brash or cocky but it does need to be noticed.
- Vision - has a strong considered point of view and perspective on the world as well as marketing/advertising.

- Attitude - Not afraid to roll up the sleeves to get shit done

Key ECD Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership: Provide strategic creative direction and leadership to the agency, guiding the development of innovative concepts and campaigns across all channels.
- Team Management: Lead, inspire, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of creatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into compelling creative solutions.
- Pitching and New Business: Drive the development of creative pitches and proposals, showcasing our capabilities and unique approach to potential clients.
- Creative Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of creative excellence and craftsmanship across all projects, from concept development to final execution.
- Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative innovations, and integrate them into our work to maintain our competitive edge.
- Agency Culture: Uphold and promote The Royals' values and culture, fostering an environment where creativity thrives.
